These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and betpkrvip ("betpkrvip", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at betpkrvip.app and any associated mobile or web interfaces.

Where additional terms exist, they supplement rather than replace these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these general Terms take precedence unless the additional terms explicitly state otherwise.

betpkrvip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published at betpkrvip.app/terms-conditions at any given time is the current version. Continued use of the betpkrvip platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a betpkrvip account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpkrvip enforces a strict 18+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing the betpkrvip platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of betpkrvip is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity. betpkrvip accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of betpkrvip or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the betpkrvip platform or any other gambling platform in a manner that would prohibit your registration.

Each player may hold only one betpkrvip account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. betpkrvip uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate accounts upon detection, forfeiting any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile phone number and your preferred payment method details. betpkrvip reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), utility bill or bank statement.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If any information changes after registration, you must update your account details promptly. betpkrvip accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

betpkrvip reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpkrvip username and password. betpkrvip staff will never ask for your password via any channel — email, live chat, phone or otherwise. If anyone requests your betpkrvip password, treat it as a security breach and change your password immediately.

Any activity conducted through your betpkrvip account while logged in with your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. You must notify betpkrvip immediately via support@betpkrvip.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

betpkrvip recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform, enabling two-factor authentication where available and logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

All deposits to your betpkrvip account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpkrvip does not accept deposits in any other currency. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

betpkrvip only accepts deposits from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where betpkrvip cannot verify your ownership, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and will be refused or reversed. Any funds deposited from an unverified third-party source may be forfeited pending investigation.

betpkrvip does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. betpkrvip has no control over third-party charges and recommends checking with your payment provider before depositing.

Withdrawals from betpkrvip are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. betpkrvip does not charge withdrawal fees.

Before processing a withdrawal, betpkrvip may require identity verification including submission of a valid CNIC and proof of your payment account ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is applied consistently. Providing complete and accurate verification documents will result in faster processing of your withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 5 minutes of approval
• Bank IBFT: 2–6 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer

betpkrvip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of potential terms violations, or as required by AML obligations. Players will be notified of any delay and provided with a reason where legally permissible.

betpkrvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general bonus rules apply to all betpkrvip promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address or device.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your betpkrvip bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play that meet wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Only one bonus may be active on your betpkrvip account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in all but the first being voided.
• betpkrvip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect the terms of a bonus already credited and actively being wagered.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploitation of any technical errors — will result in the bonus being voided and, at betpkrvip's discretion, the account being suspended.
• Wagering requirements specify the total PKR value that must be bet using bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.

Bet Placement: All bets placed and confirmed on betpkrvip are binding. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all selection details, odds and stakes before confirming any bet on betpkrvip.

Odds Changes: For pre-match bets, the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled, unless an error has occurred. In-play odds fluctuate continuously — betpkrvip applies the odds valid at the precise moment of bet submission and confirmation, not the odds displayed at the moment the player began entering the bet.

Void Bets: betpkrvip will void a bet and return the stake in the following circumstances:

• A match is abandoned before the minimum required playing time has elapsed (sport-specific rules apply)
• An event is postponed and not rescheduled within 72 hours
• A manifestly incorrect price was offered due to a technical or human error
• The event is declared void by the relevant governing body

Maximum Payouts: betpkrvip applies maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits which vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed in the market details before bet placement. Any bet whose calculated payout would exceed the applicable maximum will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

Suspicious Activity: betpkrvip reserves the right to withhold settlement and conduct investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, insider information or other integrity violations relating to a betted event. Bets suspected of being placed with prior knowledge of a corrupt outcome may be voided regardless of the official result.

The betpkrvip casino, poker room and virtual sports sections are subject to these general Terms in addition to any product-specific rules applicable to individual games.

Random Number Generator (RNG): Casino games and virtual sports at betpkrvip use independently certified RNG technology to determine outcomes. The RNG produces genuinely unpredictable results and no player, staff member or third party can influence, predict or manipulate outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP): betpkrvip makes RTP information available for all casino games. RTP represents the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered money returned to players across all sessions. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds — individual session outcomes can and will vary significantly from the stated RTP.

Disconnection Policy: If a player's internet connection is lost during an active casino game or poker hand, betpkrvip's disconnection policy applies. For casino games where the outcome had already been determined before disconnection, the result stands. Game Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game that prevents the correct determination of outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. betpkrvip will not honour payouts generated by any error, malfunction or bug in game software. Any apparent win resulting from a malfunction is void.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpkrvip platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating or operating more than one betpkrvip account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Allowing any other person to access or use your betpkrvip account
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any technical means to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches or errors to generate wins or bonuses that would not be generated under normal operation
• Colluding with other players in poker or table games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the betpkrvip platform for any purpose connected with financial crime
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or exploit any betpkrvip intellectual property including software, game logic, odds algorithms or database content
• Using the betpkrvip platform in connection with any activity that is unlawful in Pakistan

betpkrvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Receipt of a player self-exclusion request

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, betpkrvip reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach — including player-requested closure — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your betpkrvip account at any time by contacting support@betpkrvip.app. Accounts will typically be closed within 48 hours of a verified closure request. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal way and resulting balances paid out.

Data is shared only with trusted service providers who assist in platform operation — including payment processors and identity verification providers — and only to the extent necessary for those purposes, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpkrvip platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betpkrvip intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpkrvip's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that player to their betpkrvip account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betpkrvip is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages
• Loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill
• Losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet outages, device failures or browser incompatibilities
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on inaccurate information provided on the platform due to data feed errors beyond betpkrvip's reasonable control
• Any loss arising from a player's breach of these Terms

betpkrvip may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in platform services, applicable law, regulatory requirements or operational practices. When material changes are made, betpkrvip will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or by displaying a notification within the betpkrvip platform.

The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the update notification. Continued use of the betpkrvip platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the betpkrvip platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
